- KEKim Elder4 days ago1.0We were at the second drive thru and was told to wait. A car pulled up to the first drive thru and their order was taken immediately. We were still waiting and nothing. After some time we said was anyone there and was told to hold on again. And again while waiting another car drives to the first drive thru and their order was taken with out waiting and they drove around. We waited another minute and nothing so we went to Wendy's and our order was taken immediately and the food was hot and delicious delicious.

They gave me cold fries and I asked if the had any warmer fries. Her response was we just took them out. She closed the window and latched it. We just threw the fries away. She was really nasty.

Manager took the order and pulled us forward after getting the money. We waited only to get ice cold nuggets and fries . I wouldn’t feed that to a pig. Horrible service and awful food . These ppl then sent the black young lady out with the food to the car while I saw one standing back looking as we pulled off I am highly disappointed. As I myself used to be a regional manager for McDonald’s in Lexington years ago. I would have terminated them all for this behavior
