I placed and order on the app, it took my money and as soon as I walked in the door it said order was canceled. I asked a manager who's first response was how sick she was of hearing from customers who "don't know how to use the app" my response was how the app must be glitching and to just auto cancel my order as soon as I arrived. She then refused to take a new order in store and just started laughing at me saying "when you figure the app out we will serve you!! This location is a joke. Never again.

The customer service is excellent, and the food quality is almost always spot on. I always check my order before leaving, and on the rare occasions something was missing, the staff was quick to fix it without any hassle or making me feel like an inconvenience. Whether I order in-store, online, or through the drive-thru, I’m always treated like a priority.
