Because the estimate that you are told (after paying and adding in a tip), turns into much much much later. 1.5 hours waiting for pizza? On a Tuesday evening? What? The franchisee should be ashamed. If you can’t handle the simplest of orders, shut it down. So again, just tip the folks cash when they deliver. This way, if they are hours late with lukewarm food, you can just deduct appropriately. Avoid this location.
