I am a usual at this Arby's and it has been pretty good people friendly,food great but here recently when I go i usually go around 12-1pm for lunch. I go through the drive-thru everyday the lady running drive she's kind of tall blackish hair. She is nothing but rude every time. Always has an attitude for no reason. She has an attitude when she answers the speaker before anything is ordered. I just want to say I can't be the only one she is rude to. if someone is going to be constantly rude to customers maybe they shouldn't work in customer service but as long as this lady is working there I will go else where and no longer be back. There was two ladies working the tall one and there was a shorter one which was very nice. Please correct the situation or you will lose more customers.thanks.

I’m leaving a five star review because the workers here need some love. A Karen came in today and was upset she didn’t get her food. She was talking about how she was going to call the cops over not getting a refund for her burger. The girl at the cash register was calm the whole time and was trying to explain the process she has to go through in order to get her a refund. The Karen continued to yap though. I just wanted to share because the staff was really calm in such a weird situation. Also who calls the cops over a burger.

I order two fish sandwiches the server Christina tells me after I get to the drive-thru window and pay for my food that is 5 minutes for the fish sandwiches after I get my fish sandwiches one was fresh the second one was cold never will go back there every again wasted my money

Worst Arby's ever!! Employees were strait up unfriendly, the tables and counters were filthy, the tea was out, our food was cold and incomplete. Im guessing it was the manager, that was coughing and smearing his germs from his nose all over everything he touched. One other customer in the entire place and it took more than 20 mins to get my order. I could definitely tell why there were no customers, in the prime time of the day. We love Arby's, but will not be back to this one. ☹️

Ordered at the drive-thru. Once the employee heard my menu number choice, she tuned me out & DID NOT repeat my order back to me. Gonna ask for that from now on. I subbed the jajalapeno bites for fries & asked for a LARGE drink. Got a medium drink. I was too tired & too cold to argue about that. When I paid she asked if I wanted my receipt. I said yes. She didn't give me one. I asked for it anyway. She must have been new because she had to get help to print it. I go to this Arby's alot. I hope she gets it together. I went 1/22/26 at 2:03:53pm.
