  The service is trash they stare at you Like a statue, the food is always cold or burnt. Whenever you complain about something, they act like mimes and say they can’t really do much about it. In my opinion this Wendys should have been shut down before the one in Pageland other than the workers there they at least got your food out to you faster than this one did just came through the drive-through to get a frosty and it was watered down barely any Oreo pieces in there whenever I paid for extra telling me, they ran out of chocolate to put in it, not even offering a substitute

  I paid $6.19 for a Medium Oreo Brownie Batter Vanilla Fusion Frosty, I paid for extra Oreo for $1.20. At the window they handed me a completely melted vanilla frosty with the barest amount of Oreo pieces sprinkled ON TOP, not even mixed. They told me they didn’t have the brownie batter and if I wanted more Oreo pieces I’d have to pay extra AGAIN even though I never got the extra pieces I paid for in the first place. Don’t go here if you value your money and don’t want to be scammed.

  Unless u go at the lunch rush around 11-1, your food is probably going to be cold and if you go on a Saturday or Sunday its definitely going to be cold. The workers get lazy on slow days and don't throw out old food after the time's run out on it, I've even seen them reset timers without throwing the food out. Some of the workers there tend to be rude also but not all of them and not always.

  This place has drastically gone down hill the last few months. Between the wait time being slower and the service, it needs an upgrade. Not only did we wait forever for our order, they waited to tell us they were out of baked potatoes. Then had trouble with the card reader. Then gave us one frosty and it was watery and gross. When we asked why, they said it must have been the bottom because they were now out and couldn’t give us our second frosty. It wasn’t busy inside and the drive thru was out to the street. Every time we go it just gets worse and worse. And you can’t call Wendy’s corporate, they just tell you to reach out to the franchise owner.

  Very consistent hot and fresh and one of the workers in particular Angela Melton is always friendly and helpful definitely recommend!!
