No apology issued. The worst run fast food place I've ever seen. Employees on their cell phones in the kitchen, and managers seemingly clueless. I'll never stop at this pitiful excuse again in my life.

Not only were both very good but my service was excellent (special shout out to Lexi). Also, this McDonald's might have some of the best, most honest and kind customers I have ever met - this place is a beacon of integrity (and no fast food puns intended!). I witnessed a young man, probably a Chesnee High student, notice that a Shamrock Shake had been sitting out and tried to make sure it went to its rightful owner. When noone claimed it, we were both offered the shake. I told him to take it, and then one of the staff members brought me one, too. I hope anyone visiting this place gets to witness these angels everytime!
