Taco bell and every other business thats decided to skip costs and hiring employees by having the customer responsible for placing their orders can and reap what they've sown. We, the people paying,are the customer; its not my job to fulfill my order. I pay for the convenience, otherwise I'd eat at home. So.. I won't spend another dime at any businesses that decide this is a great idea., they can shove it. Just my 2 cents worth.
