- AFAlexis FordDec 30, 20251.0Highly not recommended. I visited this location to get two subs. First red flag was the lack of bread and chips. There’s only a couple options now that they’ve changed ownership. Secondly, I repeated my order multiple times and had the person repeat the order but yet my sandwiches are both wrong. His attitude was terrible also and he talked over me. My turkey sub is missing the sauces and my cold cut sub is dry. Both breads are dry and crumbly. They even gave me a super tiny cheap plastic cup with a fast food lid for my bottled water. I’m so upset and want a refund. I filed a complaint with customer care. I’ll continue going to the one in Chesterfield.

Today was probably the last time I will be trying to regularly get food from them, I placed an order on the app but it never went through their system but I was charged, I ask what to do and the said they couldn’t do anything without it coming through and would have to call corporate. Corporate doesn’t cover anything of the sort since they’re all franchises and refunds and such are to be done through the store it was ordered at. Now I’m $30 short, I never even got my food, and I’m tired of having issues.
