The person in front of me had ordered from the kiosk, but the kiosk wouldn't accept his credit card, so he had already been waiting 10 minutes just to pay. After I waited 10 minutes to order, I left. I've had poor service at this restaurant many times before. I like McDonalds and this is the only one near me, so I'll keep going there, but this was the first time this happened.
