  It sucks man because I like Wendy's.. doesn't matter if there is one car in the drive thru or 10... if you come to this Wendy's, plan on waiting 30 to 45 minutes to get through it. The crazy part is I wanted to just leave but my curiosity was just to see how long it would take.. and I already paid on the app.. oh I know what you're thinking.. it's like this every single time I've ever come here. I had 3 cars in front of me this evening and it took 40 minutes to get my food. I'm not trying to be funny, if you have things to do in a day and you want to swing through this Wendy's, make sure you allow yourself an hour for the trip or don't come.. seriously. Never again, I like Wendy's but this just isnt worth it.

  It’s always something with this place either they miss a drink or miss food but yet yall don’t even put the kids toy in the kids meal? Like what is that??? My child begging for her toy yall lazy. No one can ever just get a order right without missing a single thing.

  The staff members that put my order together are amazing! Followed all the order notes,even went beyond with condiments and napkins (very thoughtful) food: crispy chicken sandwich and double stack cheese burger were small and buns didn't taste great. Chicken strips looked completely different from each other but they tasted same.everything tasted ok but won't order any of them again.

  They are always understaffed and even when they aren’t they are slow as snails. I’ve never gotten an order correct at this location and god forbid you say something they become rude nasty and down right belligerent. Horrible location.

  If you’ve ever wondered why the drive-through line at Wendy’s moves like a government construction project, it’s probably because everyone is sitting there opening their bags to make sure they actually got what they ordered. Pro tip: do that. Every time. I waited 10 minutes while watching several people get their food before me after getting told to pull off to the side and wait. Naturally I assumed that meant they were taking extra care to get my order right. Bold assumption. I ordered a Baconator combo. What I received was… whatever this is. A random hamburger that looks like it lost a fight with the topping station. Apparently correctly entering an order into a register requires the intellectual horsepower of NASA mission control. Not only did they mess up the order, the person taking it also threw in a side of attitude. I hadn’t been here in a few months, mostly because the last visit went about the same way. Glad to see the consistency is still there, just not in the food.
