I visited the sam rittenburgh location and ran across employee Amber. She was friendly, patience and accomodating. She knew exactly what i wanted made.....just the way I like it. Perfectly made!!!! The staff was incredibly friendly, and the owner went out of his way to give my kids a free cookie, which made their day. The smoothies were delicious too—definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to!

As I was asking a question, after telling her I couldn't hear her, she had to turn away from me bc she looked like she was highly irritated with me asking her to repeat herself. Literally the WORST customer service. If she can't handle customer service, she shouldn't e working there. We won't be back.

Had to have my smoothie remade because an ingredient was left out, instead of making the smoothie over from scratch she took my smoothie and poured it back into the blender then added what was left out. Not sanitary or proper way to fix a smoothie, it was over blended at the point. I was also charged for wrap and smoothie separately instead of combo that I asked for and didn't realize until I left. $14 for small meal is not worth it at all especially when it's not made properly.
