  This place is awful. I only come here because I am a DoorDasher but I am always flabbergasted that they are still operating, cause HOW?!?? Service is absolutely terrible, it usually smells terrible, this is a terrible place. Please for the love of Taco Bell and KFC, SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN😂😩

  There's a literal bullet hole in the drive through window. Food is terrible. Staff is horrible. Don't even waste your time. Don't waste your money here. Go to the McDonald's next door.

  I don’t like to complain and leave bad reviews but something HAS to be done. This place is unacceptable. If I could give zero stars, I would. Me and my coworker were on our 35 min break at work and stopped by for a quick bite to eat. I ordered two tacos and made my own drink. The lobby only had a few people in it, waiting on their order and the drive thru was not busy at all either. We waited the entirety of our break for our food, when we ordered as soon as we walked in at the beginning of our break. My coworker actually had to go back up to the counter and remind them of his order. When I received mine, it barely had anything inside of it. It was mostly taco shell. There was one worker blasting vulgar music on a speaker and walking around with it. There was water all over the floor in the lobby and the lids for the cups were not restocked. We had to ask an employee for lids because they were out of stock and he came back with one single lid. Multiple soda dispensers were mostly watered down because they had not changed the mixtures for the drinks in the back so I just drank ice water. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Shame on this place. The women’s bathroom had one stall out of order, fine. The only other available stall had classic dried up Taco Bell diarrhea splatters all inside of and around the toilet bowl. The entire bathroom smelled like wet dog. I felt dirty just standing in there. I couldn’t wait to leave and find a clean restroom so I had no other choice but to use it. I washed my hands just to realize the hand towels were out and there was no air dryer available. I left frustrated and disappointed. Reading the other reviews, apparently this is normal for this place and has been going on for a while. This establishment is sad and needs to be re-evaluated by DHEC because if the lobby and bathroom looks this disgusting due to laziness, I can only imagine the unsanitary conditions and practices going on in the back. But of course, places like this pass because they clean up and do the right thing when they know DHEC is coming. To whoever the owner/management is of this location, just know this location has disgusted and frustrated so many people. Do better.

  The service is a complete garbage they should fire all the workers, it took 2 hours and 30 minutes for them to give me my food

  I’ve tried giving this place second chance after second chance and it’s always the same. You wait in line for over an hour when there’s only one or two cars in front of you. When you actually get the food, if it’s even the food you actually ordered, it’s cold and poorly made. If pulled up to the window multiple times and just see the staff congregating, never actually doing anything. None of this has changed in the 4 years I have been in Charleston for college. Something really needs to be done about the staff and management of this place.
