  Don't get stuck in the Drive-Thru like I did. No signs to let anybody know. They only take mobile orders.

  Holy hell. This is the worst taco bell experience I've had and horrible intro to the town of Charleston. It was pure racism. The staff there were so unfriendly. Not one person could help me after it took 20 minutes before I went up and asked where our order was. Yes everyone working there was black. The guy that ordered through the drive through was white and they asked him to come in... He said he had been waiting forever too. Yeah he was white too. They wouldn't come over and talk to me. Couldn't get me manager and were just the abidomy of the worst people I've encountered in this town so far. I would never come back here. I highly suggest you don't come here either. Is this really what Charleston is like? If so, this sucks.

  Worst fast food service I’ve ever had. Food was awful and they didn’t give me any of the food I ordered. Worst Taco Bell ever been too. Ordered cinnamon desert and didn’t receive it.

  Went through the drive-through and was told that they were in the middle of shift change At 3 o’clock in the afternoon. And If I wanted to place an order, I would have to come In and place it through the kiosk. I go inside And both kiosks are down. I tell the girl that both kiosks are down and she said yeah I don’t know the system’s been messed up. I said I just went through the drive-through and you told me to come in in order through the kiosk. Her reply was well it’s gonna take about 10 minutes to come back up and then she walks away. I look at the kiosk before leaving and it’s back up. I placed my order and the gentlemen quickly. While waiting for him to prepare it, another customer came in and the kiosk went back down and she was nowhere in sight. This Taco Bell hardly ever has any cars in it and I know why. There’s always a problem either no fountain drinks, or we can’t do this or we can’t do that. The only reason I keep coming back is it’s at a convenient location for me. Whoever owns this Taco Bell really needs to look into better managing and running this location. Very frustrating.
