  Girls Tirp to Charleston for the Black Food Truck Festival!!! Came across the cuties candy shop!!! River Street- kudos to Leah (at the ice cream counter) and Trinity ( candy) they help 4 tourist women Who were a little tipsy? 😵‍💫😂

  Melissa is truly amazing! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She went above and beyond by letting me try so many different flavors from ice cream to gelato and sorbet which made the whole experience even more fun and memorable. She’s incredibly sweet, patient, and has such a positive energy. Her customer service is top-tier, and you can tell she genuinely cares about making people happy. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had thank you, Melissa!

  I came in the other day and bought some ice cream, and Melissa was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, welcoming, and friendly from the moment I walked in. She truly made my day and my kiddos’ day as well her positive energy and great customer service made the whole experience even better. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about customers the way she does. Thank you, Melissa, for being so wonderful and making our visit such a great one!

  I came in on Tuesday and purchased pralines, turtles, clusters, ice cream, popcorn, and more and everything I was recommended was absolutely amazing. Melissa helped me during my visit, and she is truly an outstanding person inside and out. Her customer service skills are top-tier she was polite, patient, and had such a warm, genuine smile that instantly made me feel welcome. She really creates such a positive and comfortable atmosphere in the store. It’s rare to come across someone who puts that level of dedication and care into their job these days. She is a real asset to your team, and I hope she is truly valued and appreciated. Please hold on to her , employees like Melissa make all the difference in a business.

  Even in my middle age, I'm like a kid when it comes to candy stores. Visiting River Street Sweets is also a treat. Triniti at the counter was a true delight. Helpful, kind, respectful, and attentive. Shout out to her! And the whole crew!
