  This is one of the worst managed Pizza Huts in the Charleston, SC area. I've ordered from this location many times, never learning my lesson. Don't even bother trying to call the store if they mess your order up, because you'll get a foreign call center employee who barely speaks the language, and is generally helpless. Many times it's the poor DoorDash folks, etc that have to pay the price because of Pizza Hut's incompetence, lack of communication, and hands off approach during the ordering process. Please, Pizza Hut, get your business in order. I miss the old you.

  I used to love Pizza Hut. Not anymore. There's always something. A missing pizza, a payment problem. Try to call and you will sit there for hours and not get an answer. They don't even have delivery drivers! Every time they send out delivery orders it is with DoorDash, and I almost always have an issue with that. And they still expect me to pay a tip? Yeah right! Tonight the DoorDash driver demanded I pay him when he dropped off my pizza. Turns out Pizza Hut screwed him and me both over by telling him I'd pay him at the door, which I didn't do. I had to run to the bank and pull out money to pay DoorDash driver, while the driver just chilled in my driveway after letting my car out, just because Pizza Hut sucks so bad. Thank God the DoorDash driver didn't shoot me or try to rob me while I was at the bank. Pizza Hut, if you read these reviews, this is unacceptable. Get your head back in the game and do two things: stop using DoorDash, and hire some actual delivery drivers! Oh, and when I use a payment method, don't switch it up on me without my knowledge or permission! Good grief...

  I came a couple days ago and the pizza and energy was amazing. One of the best pizzas I have had in a good while. Big thanks to Jace for the great customer experience.

  We decided to stop here for pizza because we don't have one near us anymore. Realizing when we arrived that you couldn't dine there, we ordered it to go. My husband and I both agreed that this was the best Pizza Hut pizza we have ever had! I usually get the veggie pizza even though you can count the pieces of veggies on it. This pizza was loaded with veggies and so flavorful. The staff here were very friendly and helpful also. I highly recommend stopping here next time you're in the mood for Pizza Hut.
