We are a short distance away and they are a convenient option when we have business meetings or client visits. Unfortunately they can't seem to get our orders correct. They once sent paper cups when they were out of bottled water, yet charged me for them anyway! They omit silverware when it's requested, they leave items off the order and they send the wrong items. It's particularly embarrassing when we have clients joining us. I have no choice but to find a more reliable option. Panera Bread is out.

Only plus is the ice tea was clean and fresh which says alot because most Pantera breads, constantly dumps fresh tea into the current tea and don't clean out the containers for days.
