  Our server was outstanding, I believe it was a bartender. She was very attentive and made sure we always had our drinks filled. The food took a little bit. And our appetizer was cold. This place is usually better than that, But they had an off night. It's always nice when you have great service, though.

  We will not be coming back here after being up with food poisoning all night. The entree I had originally wanted was not available so I got a fried chicken sandwich. The breading was falling off the chicken and it was a terrible sandwich. We were not given any cutlery and had to ask for some before we could eat our food. Our waitress Keishauna provided lackluster service overall. Waited nearly 40 minutes after ordering and it was far from packed.

  Wir haben es durch Zufall entdeckt und waren in Wilmington und Charleston im Outback. Es war jedes Mal jeden $ wert . Lecker . Reichhaltig. Faire günstige Preise und alle Warenlager bemüht. Gerne beim nächsten Mal wieder 👍🙏

  Well you know we get here first thing when they open up 12:00. They've been open up for 30 minutes and this is what you get at the front entrance. You think the manager would have had somebody out here to make sure that the at least the front was clean instead of looking like you're about to walk into a pigsty. American flags, all jacked up rolled up in the front. I hope the food's good because if it. Ain't I'm going to take away my one star....... Okay so we walked in sat down at 11:57 at 12:37. We had gotten a salad, not both of us. Just one. All we ordered was a soup, a salad and a quesadilla and in 40 minutes all we got was a salad it definitely was not busy. I don't blame the waiter. I watched him work in the bar seating. People trying to take orders wasn't the waiter's fault, but I want you to think about that soup salad and a quesadilla 40 minutes later only a salad came out.... It can't be food down under because it's going to be food going under with that kind of service. It's going to take some corporate people to talk to me to get me to go back there... In addition, I had left a similar post and was told to go to a website and give out more information about the incident and what nots and I see that they do that to everybody that leaves a one-star review. It's been 4 weeks and I got no response. They're not fixing it because I see the same problems 4 weeks later

  Arrived around 12pm, place was fairly dead, maybe 12 guests. There was a table of 4 seated near the bar and a few other guys down the line. After about 10 minutes I was asked about a drink. Came slowly but whatever. Explained the break was coming, no biggie. Finally got to order, simple Alice Chicken. ‘No problem sir’. About 20 minutes later I notice the guys behind me had been there a bit before me. And had just gotten their food but had not been asked their order since I’d sat. During this time two orders had been brought to me, neither being mine. One guy down the bar was then served and apologized to, stating there were only two cooks and things were coming out slowly. After another 20 minutes and no site of the bar tender I threw a 5 down for my tea and left. A heads up prior to ordering would have been nice.
