  What? Did I just rate a Mickey D’s higher than the Chick Fil-As in the area? Yes I did. I pulled in after ditching the drive-thru line next door and observing cars were actually moving in the burger line. Fast, friendly service (on par w/ the neighboring restaurant), accurate, and fresh hot food. Shockingly good fast food. It was the beginning of the lunch rush (11:45 am): your results may vary.

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s today. The woman working the drive-thru payment window was rude and unprofessional, which set a negative tone right away. On top of that, my McCrispy sandwich was poorly made—it was just a chicken filet and two pickles, with no sauce at all. That’s not what I expected, and it made the meal unenjoyable. Overall, this visit did not meet basic customer service or food quality expectations. I won’t be returning.

  Every time you order the McCrispy you will always get a McChicken Patty instead! And now they've upped their game by not putting cheese on the archburger Update: they responded to leave feedback, I went to the link, left feedback and they never responded!

  I go here often after work . yesterday was first day I had a bad experience. I order the new arch burger and a double filet fish. the burger had one patty and one slice of cheese. the double filet fish had only 1 filet. not happy

  McDonald's has become completely unaffordable-a Big Mac, 1 order of fries,two drinks,a double cheeseburger, and two apple pies =$20. They are trying to train people to use their app by offering specials on the app only... So I suppose if you use the app the prices are more reasonable that way but that's because you're paying the salary of the cashiers they don't have to hire. Of course these prices are advertised heavily in the Drive-Thru with very small print saying use the app... So when I get to the window it's about $10 more than I thought it would be because the specials that were advertised in the Drive-Thru did not exist for people paying at the window. Personally I despise this practice and although my trips to McDonald's have been curtailed recently. I am pretty much done with them for good now unless there is no other option and I'm starving to death I will avoid them. There are just too many choices these days for me to be cooerced by a bunch of algorithms to modify my buying behavior.... they just modified me right down the street.
