  I've been here only once. So I can't explain the daily operations but I went in and out pretty quickly at the register, bathrooms were clean(but smelled like wet dog lol, guess one might have been in there) everything looked stocked, workers were...somewhat nice, overall, alright so 5 stars..

  As far as grocery stores downtown go price wise, I usually go to Food Lion, but only bc it's cheapest..unfortunately their staff/customer service especially in the deli department is lacking. I've came in twice around 5:30-5:45 before to get meat sliced at the deli & was turned away both times bc they said they were "already closed" or had already cleaned..but where I've worked before I would always help a customer before turning a sale away. They can easily clean the slicer again. Either way..it's good if you want cheap groceries, but they're definitely not going above and beyond to treat customers well.

  If it's the food line that's downtown I'm glad I don't live close to it I bought spoiled milk from there and my kids drinks were spoiled as well

  Dont let the location scare you. Its safe and the shelves are well stocked. Staff a friendly and very helpful. Dont expect exotic stuff, but what they have are what you need

  Food Lion Fantastic experience one of the best grocery store experiences I have ever had much different experience than the food lion in Summerville SC . This Food lion despite being in strip mall in downtown Charleston SC . The food lion experience was very smooth pieces were clear and easy to read, staff was nice and kind to new customers, and just very clean store overall very satisfied with this Food Lion Grocery store.
