The first time there were workers there, but I was told they were closed for a large catering order. Today there wasn’t even anyone in the store at 2:30 pm. They really need to stop taking online orders that they aren’t going to fulfill

Not exaggerating, I waited literally 20minutes inside today to order and I was the only person there. No acknowledgement of me by the one employee or apology, just made about 5 other orders before taking my order. I keep giving it another try thinking it can’t take that long again…. Sure enough it was worse than ever. Last time I will ever go to this Tropical Smoothie.

We ordered two other sandwiches one no meat one plant based protein. Both came with real meat. Went inside to get fixed. Got questioned as if we made them wrong. Finally after another 20 minutes we got new ones. Person behind the counter when we came in said oh I’m going to need some time before we get back to you ….
