Not to mention on the app the salad is listed as $8.79; was charged $11.34! WTH???? Why did it go up $3.00? Come on guys, do better. And please do not send me the robotic answer that has been sent to everyone on here, just make it right and do better!

Girl at drive through told me they received a large order and can not fulfill mine (one sandwich) but they took my money. Called them couple times, every time I asked to speak with the manager they would drop the phone. Drove there to get my money back and girl at the register told me manager is in process of returning money back, we are talking about a week later. This company had my money for A Week!!! They did not try to make it right. I finally got my money back, but drove out of my way twice there (gas money down the drain) and unnecessary stress to get my money back left very unpleasant feeling about this company. My company orders alot from them and that will not happen in future, we will be taking our business somewhere else. VERY POOR customer service!

The first time there were workers there, but I was told they were closed for a large catering order. Today there wasn’t even anyone in the store at 2:30 pm. They really need to stop taking online orders that they aren’t going to fulfill
