  The past probably 10 times I have gone to this tropical smoothie not only did the drinks taste like nothing, but they weren’t even smooth. I had to start asking them to blend it twice, and it still came out chunky. I’ve also had several friends without provocation say they don’t go to this location because it’s always icy. Now I drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to smoothie king instead.

  Was prepared the wrong smoothie at another location and had to go to this location to get it fixed and they did it PERFECTLY! Forever grateful thank you 😭🫶

  One morning I decided to grab a smoothie before work, and it was great! I’m not much of a coffee person, so I really appreciated having the option of a smoothie instead. However, my next visit was disappointing—the store was closed. I thought maybe the open sign just wasn’t turned on, but when I tried the door it was locked. According to the hours on the door and on Google, the store should have been open. I noticed a supply truck outside, so I assumed that was the reason. Unfortunately, when I tried again this morning, the same thing happened. The store was closed during its posted business hours. It’s honestly very frustrating to waste time stopping by just to find locked doors. Please make sure your hours are consistent with what’s posted. Customers rely on that information, and it’s disappointing when it’s not accurate.

  My husband got food poisoning from this location after eating quesadillas. Unacceptable.
