I have visited this location several times, and each experience has been the same. Customers are left waiting for extended periods due to ongoing personal conversations among staff and frequent use of their cellular devices. During my most recent visit, I stopped in for a quick smoothie and waited over 22 minutes. Several of those minutes were spent waiting for employees to return from the back, where they were gathered together, talking loudly and behaving in an unprofessional manner. Management needs to address this issue with the current staff. This is a place of business, not a school environment, sporting event, or social gathering.

Two young ladies were at the front counter, but neither greeted us or responded when my husband politely said hello or even when he asked if they could hear him. That level of rudeness and lack of basic acknowledgment is unacceptable, especially when a customer is about to spend over $100. I took my business up the street to Smoothie King instead, where the staff was friendly, responsive, and appreciative of my order.
