This is the slowest bunch of people hands down. Not to mention they will delete your order and forget about it till you complain. Then say i don't know what happen. The only reason for this is to improve the times for corporate.

I keep trying to give this location a chance because it’s the only one close to downtown but every time it makes me wish I’d driven the extra 10 minutes to JI or WA. The last time I ordered I customized items for friends with allergies and none of it was correct. They couldn’t eat it. This is the third time I’ve ordered and they’ve not put sauce on any of my food. I’ve waited 45 minutes minimum for mobile orders the last three times I’ve ordered and they still didn’t get it right. The drive through doesn’t move, the menu speaker is always broken and they don’t bother to check if anyone is waiting, and if you go inside the employees are cussing at each other, yelling, and look at you like you’ve ruined their entire day if you try to pick up or order. Half the time they’re sitting in the dining room ignoring everyone.
There is ONE lady that works at this location that runs this place like the Navy and she is always so kind and apologetic when something gets messed up, but when she’s not there the place is a pile of hot garbage. She deserves a raise for surviving the place and keeping such a positive attitude.
The single star is for the fact that when the food is correct, it tastes good. This location has gotten thousands of complaints for years and I cannot believe it’s still operational and nothing has changed considering the business it would get downtown if it would just improve service.

Went for some taco bell. Worst taco bell i ever had. Waited almost an hour ordering and getting my food in the drive thru. If I hadn't already paid I would've left. The guy took my payment disappeared and for a second I thought no one was inside. Finally a woman appeared and asked what my order was. They hadn't even started my order and it had been 20 min since I paid. No explanation and no apology. Finally got my food and it was terrible. I ate cause I was starving. No flavor and it was cold. Pretty sure all the ingredients had been sitting out for a hot minute. A lot of people left the drive thru after ordering. They just gave up. Also I dont recommend ordering door dash. One lady walked up to the drive thru waiting on their order. They knew a lot of people left and didnt seem to care.
