  I just called and asked if they had a time they stopped delivering and they hung up. I proceeded to call back a few times and was ignored. Terrible service.

  Terrible service. Ordered in drive thru and we were told to pull in parking lot to wait for food. 8 cars sat waiting for food that we never received after 30 minutes. I will never return.

  I went through the drive trough at about 6:06PM on 11/8/25 and they told me to pull around to the mobile order spots. They said they would bring my order to me, 35 minutes passed and I went inside where it took another 10 minutes for someone to greet me. I WAITED 48 minutes for my food!!! The first time my food was brought to me it was the wrong order. Then 5 minutes later they brought me another bag that had the correct receipt on the bag. So I left, then I get home and it was once again the WRONG ORDER!! I called the location the "manager" answered and I told him how terrible of an experience it was. All he could say was for me to calm down its just "food" and to bring the food back and they'd fix it. He wanted me to drive back to the location 30 minutes just to give me my correct order that they probably would have messed up a third time. Then I told him I wanted a refund he said I had to do that in person and I asked him what his name was and he then hung up on me. I tried calling back multiple times and no one would answer. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever received at any RESTAURANT! I'LL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE ON MONDAY!!!

  This is the worst Taco Bell in the history of mankind. Don’t EVER come here. I came up to the drive through and ordered a burrito, there was almost no one in the drive through line. When I went to the window to get my food, they told me to pull around into the parking lot. When I pulled around, my jaw dropped to the floor to see 25 cars sitting with their lights on waiting for food. I went in the restaurant to ask what was going on and there were no employees to speak to, everyone was in the back just chatting it up and laughing. I want a refund and to leave, but there is no one available to speak to. Now we’re late for the movie we’re going to. About to have to just leave and chalk up the $10 loss. Scammers
