  I placed an online order (directly through the sonic website since I had a gift card I couldn’t use DoorDash or UberEats) for ONE item and waited for over an hour only to have the order cancelled while I was on hold for over 10 minutes with the manager. I had email confirmation, order and payment confirmation and the driver told me she was told the order wasn’t there. I called close to the one hour mark to request a refund and the manager was dismissive and rude. When I told her I didn’t order through DoorDash or another delivery service, I was put on hold and I saw my order was cancelled. It was over 10 minutes without contact and I ended up disconnecting the call because it just wasn’t worth it.

  This is the worst restaurant to pick up an order from if you are a delivery driver. They have a table listed uber and door dash. I stood at the table for almost 10 minutes and watched the staff from inside look at me. No one came outside to the table. When I called and told them the woman one the phone said you have to pull up to the order station and press the button. There no sign or anything that says this. This place is so unprofessional and unorganized.

  Hair was in my burger they made “another” without hesitation, but the second tasted like it was sitting out. My drink was even nasty it seemed watery. Overall my tots and blast was good.
