- SRSarah Richards6 days ago5.0I would like to praise Debbie the employee that worked the night of 1/6 at the 1836 Ashley River Road location. I ordered pizza to be delivered to the St. Francis hospital for several nurses, at 9pm. Around 9:45pm I called to see where the pizza was because it was never delivered. Debbie answered the phone and was very kind and told me "someone from door dash picked it up 30minutes ago, and most likely stole it." I was very discouraged and Debbie was very kind about the whole situation and offered to remake the pizza. In that moment, another door dash driver walked in the store trying to pick up my pizza. He was very aggressive and texted me multiple times saying he would not wait for my pizza to be remade unless I pay him more money. I was frustrated because I did not order through door dash and now he was trying to extort me for more money. I called back and let Debbie know to not give the new door dash driver my pizza and we would come pick it up ourselves. Debbie told the man to leave and cancel the order, which he refused when I asked him. It was a very unfortunate situation that Debbie's calm presence helped us through it. She is amazing and she should be rewarded! Great pizza and great customer service! Thank you Debbie!!!
