- HBHannah BilesDec 30, 20252.0I order regularly as this is close to my office— today I went to pickup my rapid pickup order and while standing there, no one acknowledged me. After a few minutes the girl behind the counter was called over by another team member— before she could walk off I asked her if I could please have the bag that was behind her (I saw my name) and she proceeded to roll her eyes and instead of hand it to me, she walked around the counter and sat it on the counter beside me. Mind you, I’m 12 inches from her with my hand out to get it from her. I said thank you and she rolled her eyes again and walked away. My office team order from here almost weekly amongst us all, this was really disappointing and so rude.
