Went on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy. Waited for a table, only to be seated by a hostess holding a hot dog. She held our menus and silverware while holding a hot dog in her hand!? And then when the food server brought out our kids' food, she dropped a chicken tender from our sons plate onto the table and dropped a ranch sauce container on my lap right before we were headed to our holiday festival. Will not be coming back.

We were here on Nov.11,2025, Veterans Day. Despite the over the top amount of people, along with all of the confusion, the work staff was the best I have ever experienced. Can not say enough good about the high grade of service, from the host, manager the wait staff ! Our food was served without a long wait time and was cooked to perfection !! Have not eating at Outback in a long while, however, will stop at this location from now on !1

My sister-in-law and I went for Veterans Day! The meal was delicious and service was great. One of the best Veterans meals we've had.

I've been patronizing this Outback from the beginning. Met a friend to eat a couple months ago. Ordered the 11 oz Sirloin and it was not edible. Every bite was so tough and I finally quit. Told the server I hated to complain but the steak was just not edible! The manager came out and told me that I ordered the least expensive cut. She comped the meal and I thanked her.
I decided to try again and the Sirloin I got had a piece of grissel running through it the size of the Grand Canyon. I ate what I could on each end. Both visits the server/service was great. The description of the Sirloin on the menu says Tender. Change the menu or change the steaks! Not sure I'm up to another try!!

This outback is Mc Donalds priced like a gourmet restraunt, mediocre at best.
Food: bread was good with whipped butter. Blooming onion, only good thing was it was cored correctly. Steaks, not evenly cooked and not how we ordered them.
Drinks: I will be honest I don't drink often and couldnt on this occasion. However the kiwi strawberry lemonade was quite nice.
Service: the servers did their best and are the only innocents in this scenario. The poor guy who brought us our steaks swapped mine and my partners steaks and unfortunately I tucked into my mashed potatoes before I could realise I had the wrong steak, leaving me with a third of a filet. :( I cant blame him as we had the same sides and im pretty sure they handed him the tray and just pointed at our table. Our original waitress was lovely and added extra strawberry to my drink.
TLDR: food sucks and is horrifically overpriced, but the staff are nice.
