We had a nice meal, excellent service until the end when we asked for the check. The waiter brought us the check and it was missing the meals and only had the drinks. We told him it was wrong and he said he knew, but they can't locate the order; that somehow it was flushed out of the system. We are honest people and told him that isn't right and we needed to pay for our meals. He said it's okay, but he will go back and speak with the manager and be back. He came back a few minutes later and gave us the same receipt and said that he spoke to the manager and it's all good. We asked him several times; "Are you sure". He said yes. We told him that we would give him a bigger tip since the bill was so small and he was good with that. We all had drinks still, so we sat for more than 1/2 an hour just catching up. We were about ready to leave, and a man came out and said we didn't pay our bill and someone else got stuck with it and they were on the phone complaining. We told him that we did pay the bill he gave us and it was the only bill. He was extremely rude, accusing us of trying to rip the place off. We couldn't believe his attitude and told him to STOP accusing us like we were thieves. We explained exactly what happened and that the waiter went and spoke to the Manager about the receipt and all was good. He said, "No he didn't, because I am the Manager. We told him that if we were trying to get away with something, we certainly wouldn't have sat there for another 1/2 hour or more; we would have left right away. We told him that the whole situation was their fault, not ours and we did NOT appreciate the way he was speaking to us like we were stealing from them. He never even apologized for the situation and what happened. We ended up paying for the rest of the bill, that somehow they found. Truly this "so called" manager needs to go back to training because he has no clue how to speak to long time customers. We will NEVER return to this establishment while Andrew is the manager. You don't talk to people the way he did and I feel like Corporate needs to know. There were a lot more rude words said by him, but I cannot write a book, so I will end here. Corporate, you really need to speak to this person and set him straight, as there was no reason for his arrogant attitude.

Ordered a steak and shrimp pasta without shrimp (allergies). Chicken and pasta came out fine without the shrimp, but that wasn’t what I ordered. The manager said it would be out in five minutes — ended up being 20 minutes.
By that time my family was done eating and I lost my appetite, so I asked to take it to go.
As someone who has worked in the service industry and managed, don’t say a time you can’t stay true to. Steak doesn’t take 5 minutes to cook.
