We frequently visit this location due to the clean appearance and "dine in" experience with my children. Today I went and was screamed at by an elderly woman who works for McDonald's (in front of my children) Just screaming my first name, not saying anything else. I was confused and not expecting this, It's the first time any of this had happened.
- I specifically pre-ordered on the app and requested table side due to convenience (of being with small children)
-Orded via app at 12:12pm
-Ice cream was ordered in the restaurant
-Dora is the name on my app
The drink area was completely destroyed and the woman who screamed at us gave us cups that no lids, at the drink station while still a mess would fit the. (remember I'm here with 3 kids under the age of 6)
Aside from this it took us about 40 min just to get ice cream and another 10 to ask for a spoon since they stopped letting us get our own utensils. BUT still have plastic straws out for you to grab up (we are near the beach). After waiting my kids ice cream was melted, the entire lunch process lasted from Noon - 2pm.
Unfortunately I was able to watch the staff continue to put drive through customers before any customers in the restaurant. lucky for me my friend was nearby and I was able to come just to help me with the kids. Hungry kids that ate all their food, JUST to wait for ice cream and then a spoon ...... we will not be re- visiting this location especially after being yelled at in-front of children.
There was only 1 Male working that could be seen for any customers to ask for a untensle or sauce. He was sweet enough to give us cups that he was able to put a fitting lid on--FOR MY LITTLES

The new guy on the window doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing. I’ve been making the same order with the same deal for months. But now it’s unable to be accommodated? The woman who’s usually in the window has never had a problem. What’s changed?

I live downtown but drove over to this location because spring st location has been unreliable. After waiting in behind a car at the box for over 20 minutes I get up there just to be told that they’re only doing delivery orders and my order would take a while even though I’d already ordered and paid on the app 30 minutes prior and just had one meal. I just canceled the order on the app and went to cook out instead. Hoping I get a refund, there’s nothing on the app to help. I don’t really understand why delivery orders are being prioritized over customers that have already ordered and paid money to McDonald’s directly via the app and have been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Just turn off your delivery services if you can’t handle both. Dining room wasn’t even open at this time
