The same person taking the orders in both lines is also taking everyone’s payment. It’s too much for one person and causes the back up anyway. also, I keep asking for specific things and not everyone is fluent in english. It’s hard to communicate sometimes. 🙏 Also, please clean out your soda fountain filters. I’ve been getting a lot of bad drinks there lately. Thank you!

I asked to speak to the manager he asked what do you need her for. Then he tells me she don’t speak English anyways. So if she don’t speak English why is she a manager at the restaurant. Then he go tell me that I had an attitude I didn’t have an attitude. I want to speak to the manager that’s all. Then this man started yelling at me the manager came to the window and walked off. This lady said nothing to this man I feel he needs to be fired. Cause that’s not how you act towards your customers.
