Proceeded to ask 3 employees how I would be able to place my order was told simply I couldn’t and workers continued to work. Just because the system is down doesn’t mean I’m not hungry any more.

- EAErika AndrewsDec 14, 20251.0this establishment needs new management asap. i ordered 4 cheese burgers at the drive thru and when we got to the window to get our order we were told to pull up. the lady at the window asked us what we ordered then looked at us like we were idiots when we told her what we ordered because apparently what she saw wasn’t what our receipt said. we waited 30 minutes in total, got there at 8:08 and didn’t get our food til 8:38. the manager didn’t offer any apologies or any compensation for the wait. i’m not sure what the issue was because our order wasn’t even complicated. this is the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. will not be back.
