I ordered through the Mcdonalds app and got to the drive thru the dude confirmed my order then tells me they had no pies which I was fine with but then at the second window some dude with locs tells me they do not have quarter pounders So i asked him what he had or if he could just give me a refund he had the nerve to tell me no and that he wasn’t going to substitute it so he needs to be fired and this mcdonalds needs to be closed down NOW

Burger type given was incorrect for one meal, beverage for Happy Meal was not given, and hamburger for happy meal had so little on it, it was basically dry. Active listening and reading order chits is key. We will come again, but wanted to pass this along.

However, the lady at the food hand off window was rude. Chewing her gum, rolling her eyes like jeez lady I’m just getting some food while my daughter naps. Honestly, not a great ending to the short experience but wanted to put my two cents in so yall would know who is worth being paid and who isn’t.

I had to ask the young lady what her name was because she was polite,concern,and helpful.She was the manager her name was Priscilla I could she was not feeling well but she was very helpful.In this location this has been friendly service in a long time. Besides my past expierence ever body needs to get fired even the GM she's never there. Thanks Priscilla 🫡 you should not be in that place with your personality .
