  Showed up in the drive through at 5:58am, the attendant said they were closed, and even at 6am she still wouldn't have any product to sell. I actually arrived earlier, and watched another employee tending the donut line. I asked her why she even showed up for work, then drove off. Its no surprise to me why no one goes there in the morning, when the Ladson store is packed at 6am. Nothing but sandbagging their employer and driving sales away!

  Definitely one of the Worst Krispy Kreme locations. 6pm and the lobby was “closed”, 8 workers standing around doing NOTHING. the donut making machine was running but produced deformed donuts due to a lack of maintenance. When directed to use the drive thru I tried to order a dozen original glazed donuts and was told they had NONE. Should be discussed with the owner or management for the selection of employees at this location. Paying 8 employees to stand around doing nothing while customers are continuing to give their patronage to the historical and incredible Krispy Kreme brand is a disgrace to the name and reputation of the corporation 💔

  Whenever I go by this location after 5pm the lobby is closed and when you go through drive thru they tell you they are out of the majority of the flavors. This has been happening frequently. It’s 6:00 you close at 10 you shouldn’t be putting away donuts so you can’t serve people the rest of the night. It’s lazy and annoying. Hire better people.

  You know, I remember going to KK when I was little and it was soo different. You had older, sweet ladies working there. They were like your grandmother. They were soo nice and the place.. Listen, the place was soo clean a doctor could perform surgery on the bathroom floor, that’s how clean it was. Today, the Savannah Highway KK, not even! We walk in and we’re told we had to go through drive thru. Fine, I don’t understand, but fine. The inside from what I could see was just chaos. So as we pull up to place our order we pass by a pile of trash and mashed up donuts, but we proceed to the drive thru anyway. Then, we’re not greeted with something like “What may we get for you today “ No! We’re greeted with “ What you trynna get” 😳 Then we’re told “Oh we ain’t got no glazed” WHAT??? Needless to say we drove off. Soo sad to see where KK is heading cause I really do love their donuts but not enough to come back 😏

  Placed an online order at 7/7:15am for 1 dozen assortedand 1 dozen glazed. Get to store an no lights on in lobby, it looked like they were closed. Had a sign that said drive thru only, ok. Go through drive thru and get told they only have glazed doughnuts available and was asked if I just wanted a refund. This is at least the 3rd time this has happened. This store apparently is poorly ran and mismanaged being the ONLY location in Charleston this is absolutely absurd.
