Planned to go here during the week. Drove 30 minutes for a dozen glazed. Arrived and they only had 2 to sell because the machine was broken. Opted to buy the 2. Figured since the machine was down they would be willing to accommodate and sell me the 2 glazed + a specialty for the 3pk glazed price. No. Asked to check with the manager. He wasn’t willing to accommodate at all. The cashier was rude and said “Well you can come back here and fix the machine yourself.” 3 doughnuts for about $5 less than what I would’ve paid for 12. Did the survey on the site and heard back from no one.

Went to Krispy Kreme today around midday (02/15/26) to pick up a $30 mobile order, and it was a complete waste of time. The app showed everything was available, but when we got to the drive thru they told us they didn’t have a single item we ordered. Not even original glazed donuts, which is kind of the whole point of going there. Then they said they couldn’t even refund us in the store, so we had to call corporate ourselves to get our money back. Super inconvenient. The app clearly isn’t accurate and the whole place felt unorganized. Definitely frustrating and not worth the trip.

I arrived at 6:10 AM, on a Sunday, the doors were locked and most of the lights were out. However, I could see two employees inside. Both the online hours and the hours on the door show them opening at 6:00 AM, everyday. I was able to get the attention of the employees and point to my watch and the door. Their reaction was to walk completely out of my line of sight, until they saw that I was exiting the parking lot. I waited and went back at 6:30 AM and got the exact same reception. The doors were locked and the same two employees ignored completely, me/my being there. I could see the cases inside, which were still bare/not stocked. Also the, “hot line” was not yet in motion. THESE PEOPLE are why AI will successfully take over ALL manual labor/front line service jobs, and I’m ALL for it. Disregarding the obvious obsolete self respect in you two individuals, what about the respect of/for your employer? You make EVERYONE look bad. Total incompetence, ignorance, and inconsideration. If you do not want to work, LEAVE and give the opportunity to someone who cares enough to respect, uphold, and serve their community well. I HOPE this review makes it to the attention of the corporate offices. Sunday, 2/15/26.

This has to be the most trifling store in Charleston. It is one of the busiest holiday weekend and the doors are locked at 4:30PM on 2/13/26. The manager or shift leader is literally sitting in the lobby directing customers to drive thru !!!! Meanwhile drive thru is literally wrapped around the building. Hot sign wasn't even on . Last time I visited this location they barely had any products out to make a good selection !!!The lobby was filthy along with the main door entrance of the building. The windows looked like they haven't been cleaned since the store opened. Maybe this store should consider closing for good, or possibly cleaning house and getting all new staff !!! For a member of management to sit in the dining room area on her phone says and shows just how much she cares about the business!!!!

We tried three separate times over the weekend to stop in and pick up donuts for our son’s birthday. Each time, the lobby was closed despite the display case being fully stocked and multiple employees visible inside. Today, while driving past the drive-thru, I was met with a distinctly unfriendly attitude from the employee at the window, which was the final nudge to take our business elsewhere. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect a business to appear open, welcoming, and interested in serving customers. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. We ended up going to Dunkin instead—not our first choice, but at least they seemed to want the business.
