  Terrible customer service Ordered a 12 assorted dozen of donuts on the app. they were out of 6 different kinds. They then marked the order complete on the app and never told me they were missing 6 different types of donuts somehow. I got in the line and was told this after waiting 20 minutes. Then the guy said “pull around and we can give u a refund” then I sat and waited another 30 minutes just to get a refund. There lobby has also been closed for months. I recommend not going to this Krispy Kreme unless you want to wait an hour for them to have no donuts.

  I rarely ever write a review. But their website was not allowing pickup or delivery they last several days I have checked. We live in Mt Pleasant so no assumed they must just not deliver that far anymore. So we drive all the way from Mt Pleasant at 9:00 am to get donuts for my daughters class birthday treat (her only request) only to be told they were completely out of glazed, only 4 left in the whole shop…even the minis. How does this happen at a donut shop?! But ok sure…maybe there was a rush? So we said we would just wait for them to make some. They said it will be TWO HOURS?! Two hours for a donut shop to make 2 dozen donuts?! It’s such a shame Dunkin’s are not as good because they need no notice (as no other donut shop I have ever been to needs). This is crazy, it’s like CFA saying…we’re out of chicken and it will be 2 hours until we can make 12 nuggets… it’s unacceptable. We also had purchased coupons for 6 dozen donuts from a sports fundraiser which I guess we will never get to use bc they have to be used in store. So frustrated. Writing this because I feel like their management needs to know. On top of all of that their customer service was awful.

  Came to this location only to find out they have no doughnuts. We were told to come back in an hour when we came back the young man said they stop selling lemon filled. They don't have glaze. And no other flavors. The manager or owner needs to come here and make some changes or close the store. You run a special with no doughnuts go figure. And for the cost of a dozen without the special. Wow

  If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would. Everyone that works in this establishment is HIGHLY unprofessional. They never have hot chocolate, and when you ask them to provide what they do have they give an attitude. I know about working in customer service and this is not how you do it, this place has gone downhill from 2-3 years ago. So disappointing and will not be a returning customer.

  I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews. I usually compliment great service in person, and when service falls short, I tend to let it go because I know everyone has an off day. Unfortunately, what I experienced today was beyond disappointing. I placed an order for three items to bring to coworkers and, including the delivery tip, spent $72. Shortly after, I received a call saying they were out of glazed doughnuts (with a 45-minute wait), out of doughnut dots, and short half of the peanut doughnut order. Since the delivery driver was already there, I agreed to substitutions—disappointing, but understandable. About 15 minutes later, I received another call from a manager saying substitutions were not possible because I had paid for glazed doughnuts and they couldn’t change the order due to register limitations. While frustrating, I understood and agreed to just take the 12 peanut doughnuts and forget the other items. What I ultimately received did not match what I was told or what I paid for (see attached photo). To make matters worse, my account was still charged the full $72. At this point, these doughnuts worked out to about $6 each, which is completely unreasonable.
