- SBSarah BodilyNov 2, 20251.0If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Every time I have been to this location it has been AWFUL! The customer service here is literally a joke. It is completely non-existent. No one says a single word to you when you walk in like they are annoyed that you even came in to the store. I walked up to the kiosk to order and the guy behind the counter (who was doing nothing at the time) just stared at me and didn’t say a word. Unfortunately this is the only donut shop near my house so if we want donuts, this is where we have to go. It’s clearly a management issue and lack of customer service training.
- AAAlOct 19, 20252.0I’m a regular here and the service is very hit or miss (as other reviews have mentioned). I agree with other comments saying it seems like only teenagers work here. The food and drinks are usually good enough, but today we got a cup of hot milk instead of hot chocolate. Unfortunately didn’t realize until I was home since it wasn’t my drink. Not sure what happened there. There’s also a huge gap in the top. I also got a hot drink with whipped cream, and mine was still in tact when I got home. So I can’t imagine that whipped cream completely melted in that time. Very disappointing. UPDATE: This place has gotten worse with time. The past several visits, it has only been adults working and the drinks have been borderline horrendous. To the teenage employees - I’m sorry for mentioning you in a negative review. You guys clearly weren’t the problem. I got another coffee drink the other day and it just tasted like milk and water. There are a few pleasant people, but the majority of employees I’ve spoken with have an attitude. This is certainly a contender for the worst Dunkin I’ve been to.
