- JSJoshua Shah1 day ago1.0I know this Dunkin’ Donuts is short staffed but just so bad, me and my dad ordered 3 bacon egg cheese and it took 30 minutes to get. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The cashier “forgot” to hand me my food as it was sitting there in front of his face. Separately, when I got there they asked how I’d like my coffee, hot or room temperature… who wants room temperature coffee???

We decided to give them a second shot and were yet again highly disappointed and frustrated. We put in a mobile order and when we arrived there is a sign on the door that says “lobby closed, only drive-thru open. This Dunkin needs new management that can properly staff this place. Your customers are not happy. In the time that I have written this review in your drive-thru I have seen 10 cas come and go because they don’t want to wait. Get it together.
- DDDawn DanielsFeb 4, 20261.0I decided to stop this morning on my way to work. I kept my order simple so I’d not be delayed long. Just ordered donuts. As I pulled around to the window my box of donuts was being placed at drive thru. I spent the next almost 4 minutes watching the cashier count a handful of ones over and over and over again. Got on her personal cell in between a couple of this dollar bill counts. After she finally opened the drive thru window but took another 30 seconds to acknowledge me I understood this whole act was deliberate. I was exceptionally polite at the drive thru order speaker. So nothing I did prior warranted a complete waste of my time. Just a cashier power tripping. I won’t be back.
