I got in the drive thru line with two cars in front of me to order and no one at the window. Didn’t get my tea and food items for 40 minutes. That’s not an exaggeration. I can handle the lack of customer service when dining in, that doesn’t really matter to me. But when mixing that with extremely slow service (which happens almost every time I come to this location starting 6 months ago) it gets extremely frustrating. What adds insult to injury is that they weren’t even short-staffed. If you’re in a time crunch do not come here.

It is completely non-existent. No one says a single word to you when you walk in like they are annoyed that you even came in to the store. I walked up to the kiosk to order and the guy behind the counter (who was doing nothing at the time) just stared at me and didn’t say a word. Unfortunately this is the only donut shop near my house so if we want donuts, this is where we have to go. It’s clearly a management issue and lack of customer service training.
