    It was pretty fair to order from the dunkin' donuts I must say that they only want to look busy but they are not really productive. The workers at this location are idle and they are not communicated with customers.

    The breakfast sandwiches were not that great. The sourdough bread was so stale it was hard. The kiosk ordering system is the worst! It's confusing and doesn't allow for any changes. It's definitely not user friendly. I will go somewhere with human interaction next time.

    Lady first dodmt even knew what order was mine. Almost had me pay for the wrong order smh. Then my drink was made fully wrong and its okay to be busy but still got to get the orders right amd made right smh. Didn't even get whip cream on my drink like normal or none of the stuff on it. Thats the only reason I get a drink in the morning

    Ever since they got new managers, tge service is horrible. Takes way to long to get a mobike order. I normally order 10mins before I get to the store, yet order still isn't ready. They constantly run out of food and napkins. It seems nobody wants to be there because they all seem to have an attitude. I truly miss the old management and staff back when store was being remodeled. After the remodel the management and staff were on point, Food made in a timely manner, Customer service was 1000000%. Now is horrible.
