I got a cookie butter cloud latte on 11/6 through the drive thru and it was very much poorly made. Barley and cold foam and none of the cookie crumble on top. Still tasted good but what makes the coffee and what I was excited for wasn't on it and it was very disappointing. The picture is 2 mins after drinking it

While on vacation, we encountered busy traffic that resulted in a tight timeframe for our morning tour. We decided to get bagels from Dunkin due to the fact it was convenient, reliable and they had no line for their drive thru.
We ordered 2 bagels, one with creme cheese and one with butter since my girlfriend can't eat creme cheese. The receipt was correct, however the order was wrong because both bagels were covered in creme cheese.
The money was not the issue, but what was is my girlfriend not getting breakfast due to someone's carelessness or them not knowing the difference between creme cheese and butter. It is even more convenient if people have medical issues and need to eat with their breakfasts.

Avoid this Dunkin. Kept giving benefit of the doubt but the food and drinks here make me sick. The coffee tastes so dirty you can’t even taste the flavor you get. And the food always tastes like it has freezer burn and usually doesn’t even get served hot. Room temp usually.

Made the mistake of going inside this afternoon. Big mistake. Slow as Christmas with a girl taking orders who seemed half-asleep. Doughnuts were almost grocery store clearance quality. Coffee was hot (the only positive).
Tried it since it was convenient. Won't be back.

Absolutely terrible experience at this Dunkin’ on Savannah Highway. The associate named Kelsey was extremely rude and unprofessional. My family and I were simply trying to decide if we had ordered enough food, (asked her to hold on multiple times) and instead of showing any patience or basic courtesy, she started yelling “is that all”. It was hopefully embarrassing for her and completely unnecessary. When I got to the window- I asked who was just yelling at us and she had the audacity to said “no one was yelling”. She then walked off and her manager came over to finish taking payment. She confirmed the girls name was Kelsey “who got loud” verbatim.
We were shocked by the way we were treated. No customer should be made to feel rushed or disrespected for taking a few extra seconds to order. If this is the kind of attitude they allow from employees, it says a lot about how poorly the store is managed.
Until they train their staff—especially Kelsey—on how to treat customers with respect, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
