It was absolutely gross. Every single surface was dirty. There was junk everywhere and nothing was organized. There was mold on the ceiling tiles and the ceiling tiles I could see in the back were brown and oozing something. They had zero donut holes, and appear to never have them. They were out of nearly every kind of donut. I felt bad for the staff because they were very busy, but there was no one taking orders inside - you had to use the kiosk. Then about 15 minutes after I put in my order along with 4 or 5 people after me, an employee came over and finally picked up all the order printouts and started filling them in reverse order. By the time she got to mine, they were out of the main thing I’d wanted, even though I’d placed my order before the people who got the last few. I spent $20 on a dozen donuts and I don’t even know what I got. Also — their app just… doesn’t work? How is this company in business? But also, how is this particular location not shut down by the health department? Yikes.
