  Donato's always meets my expectations. This time they went over board. Having recently moving here we decided to get our favorite chicken mariachi and/or pepperoni, sausage and onions. I asked if they could do a medium 1/2 and 1/2 and responded absolutely. The service was GREAT, the pizza was superb, and we'll return again. Thanks Rodney and crew for the super customer service.

  I’ve only come here to pick up Uber Eats orders and there’s always an excessively long wait. If something happened or someone else picked up the order, that’s fine, but nobody feels it necessary to communicates with me. I just had to cancel an order after waiting for 30 minutes and overhearing “that’s not the right pizza”. My time is money and it feels really disrespectful to have half an hour wasted Today, the girl working the register was really nice, but whoever is usually there will do anything in their power to not acknowledge my presence.

  Called the store to ask for no mushrooms and Alicia had my back. Pretty bummed the works pizza has no black olives anymore though, the picture should probably be updated bc it’s misleading. Otherwise it’s a thumbs up from me.

  I travel all across the coast for work and at this point it’s an hobby to try different pizza places or the same ones in different locations. Donatos never fails me! I’ve been in Charleston for 2 weeks now and have ordered from the West Ashley location three times. My first time ordering I had the pleasure of meeting one of the managers Brooklyn. She was so nice, made sure my order was exactly what I wanted and just over all made my experience better. The way she interacted with other customers and the staff just showed that she is the right fit for this job and could definitely excel very swiftly in my opinion! My other two orders were delivered to my hotel. The driver was a very nice young man. It was a quick interaction but very pleasant at the same time. My delivery was on time and I was greeted with just happy energy. Seriously 10/10 great food, even better people, and this location will absolutely get my business every-time!
