  I ordered pizza on Thursday night I only had 40 in cash instead of using my card. The driver came to drop off my order and I gave him (2) 20s and he gave my 9 dollars back. I went into my place and did the math it's should have been 19. And some change. I went to yell and chase him but had no luck. I called the store right away and was told he would bring back my change well the drive never showed up. I called again the next morning and was told he doesn't come in until 5 and that they would have him come back and confirm my address and my phone number well still no one showed up. So I called again and was told that the driver did give me the right change. And that's all I got. This is crazy that I can't get my change back. I guess the driver really needs the last of my money. The driver can't do math and is a liar. I will never order from here. I will be going to Corp over this.

  The workers were very unwelcoming and unfriendly. I stood waiting for someone to acknowledge me at the counter for about 4 minutes before someone spoke to me. And even then the guy who took my order was not being polite and when I asked questions he just shook his head instead of speaking.

  The app messed up our order and changed it to a regular cheese pizza. we called to try and change it but the employee said only thing we can do is order a new pizza and lose out on our money for the other one. also said we had to go through the support team in the app.

  This Dominos is great. Staff is friendly and fast and their pizzas are very good. Used to not order Dominos much because their food wasn’t that good, but they’ve really turned things around and now everything is great.

  I went and picked up my order after ordering online and when I got home I realized I had only pepperoni on my meatza. Which is supposed to have a bunch of meat on it. Of course I have someone here getting hangry at me so I called the store and mr.devon answered with a bit of aggravation I asked why my pizza only had pepperoni on it. With a cool level head this fella goes to explaining when we ordered we for some reason took all the meat off and had nothing but extra pepperoni on it. Im In disbelief amd he tells me to look at the receipt and too my astonishment he was right! We had somehow ordered the pizza wrong. Mr Devon expertly explained that a refund was out of the question (which i wouldn't have asked for) but what he could do was remake the pizza with the corrected ingredients. Have to say that I'm truly grateful that he answered the phone. Now I get another chance to escape this hungry hippo beside me and I don't have to spend another 20 bucks! I really appreciate this store and the way they handled this situation. Thankful to Devon and his crew.
