  I ordered here a few years ago, and they screwed up my order forgetting all my sauces but I decided to go back for a takeout order because there was a special online. Got home with my order and same exact thing. They forgot the garlic sauces I purchased and the icing for the cinnabites. The pizza I ordered had 7 toppings and the 3 toppings that I ordered extra of, they barely put much on the pizza. Ordered extra cheese too, and there was barely any cheese. So the price was good, but the less than extra toppings pizza & dessert with no sauces made me never want to come back here again. The only good thing was the girl who took the order was nice and answered the phone also and was helpful.

  I called to place a large order to go and the person that answered was completely rude on the phone. cut me off twice, and basically told me he was too busy to help me. Terrible customer service

  my pizza was still hot and had no toppings on it! i ordered onion rings flavour and i got chees with no backwards iron lung sauce. the volcano erupts on 28th of november 2027

  I normally do pick up here but this time I was running late for work and needed it delivered so my kids could have dinner. I called twice to make sure they had the right address and a good understanding of where my apartment unit was on the property. I stay 0.4 miles from location I made sure to tip 20% even for the short 3min ride. Well half way to work I get a call from the driver. Claiming they knocked on my door saying the woman that answered said they didn't order pizza. No where on my ring camera did I see they even come close to my door. They make no effort to deliver it just stay silent on the phone until I got irritated and just told them to take it back n I'll figure it out when I get off. I called the store immediately to talk about it. They said they would remake it when I came to get it. Got off work. Got to store. Original pizza was cold sitting there and they handed it to me. Not once did I even get an apology for their mess up /lazy employee. Little Caesars has better service!

  I ordered pizza and wings for delivery and when I received them everything was shifted to one side. Meaning all the toppings on my pizza and the sauce were all shifted to one side of the pizza like it was mishandled during delivery. Even my wings in the box piled over to one side because of the mishandling. Then when I tried to do the pizza insurance thing it couldn't like me get pass the part where I put my information in to make an account. And I can’t use the account I already had because for whatever reason my account is locked. When I go to reset password it sends me the link seconds later, I click on the link and try to set a new password, but when I try to continue it just tells me the link has already been used or expired even though I just received it about 40 seconds ago! This has been a ridiculous experience.
