  I waited over 10 minutes for my sandwich. When I asked how much longer it would take, I was told “they forgot about it.” The fries had already been placed in the box, so they were put back into the fryer to “warm up” while I waited for the sandwich. I questioned the wait and was told that if I was going to complain, they would just give me my money back. There were three people there and there was no apology from any of them about the situation. The sandwich was good, but with the attitude of the cashier and cook, I’ll never return.

  I ordered a Medium 9-inch philly cheesesteak and ultimate large fries. It's very cheesy so if you like it you would like this place. The fries are soft. Amount of meat is decent, not too much. Overall good experience

  Horrible customer service. No one speaks english. I was told i couldn't get onions and peppere on 1/2 my sandwich and the other 1/2 plain. According to the worker his dad who is the owner doesnt allow it. So you want my momey but i cant get my food the way i want and you have an inadequate staff who cant even speak my language. I left and went to chic fil a.

  I'm giving 3 stars because the food is decent. I ordered online through the Restaurant's website for pickup, ETA time ready of $1:48. Arrived at 1:50 and was told they don't make pickup orders until you arrive. What? That's the reason for 3 stars
