  I waited over 10 minutes for my sandwich. When I asked how much longer it would take, I was told “they forgot about it.” The fries had already been placed in the box, so they were put back into the fryer to “warm up” while I waited for the sandwich. I questioned the wait and was told that if I was going to complain, they would just give me my money back. There were three people there and there was no apology from any of them about the situation. The sandwich was good, but with the attitude of the cashier and cook, I’ll never return.

  I ordered a Medium 9-inch philly cheesesteak and ultimate large fries. It's very cheesy so if you like it you would like this place. The fries are soft. Amount of meat is decent, not too much. Overall good experience

  So I love eating here. I eat here at least 2 times a month and never had a bad experience. Today I saw the woman take out fries from my box and throw them back in the fryer. I didn't think anything of it. She handed me my box so I could put seasoning salt on them and I asked for a few more fries as these boxes come pretty stacked when you get a regular meal. They said they couldn't because that's the right amount. The man held up a small cup and laughed when I said I normaly get more in my box. I spent 35 dollars on 2 regular meals and one drink. I asked nicley but to be disrespect and laughed out when I only asked for a few more fries is sad. A small is not a regular size at all. I won't be coming back and I've never had a problem before until today.

  This is the greatest place to eat at in the Mall hands down, they have the best cheese steaks

  This location is dirty and very unkept. Service we mediocre at best. Water costs $0.50 but at least the refills were free... Food was hot at least.
