  The food is excellent when it's prepared correctly. I've been to this location 3 times, 2 out of the 3 times they forgot the hummus and cheese, I probably won't be going back as I live 40 minutes away (during rush hour) and I don't want to check my bag full of stuff just in case they forget a literal MAIN ingredient.

  Was excited to try this spot. A Friend and I stopped in yesterday for dinner. The bathrooms and dining room were both dirty. There was no silverware out. When walking through the line to order, nothing is labeled and the staff were not welcoming and did not seem interested in explaining what the options were. Half of the options were empty anyways. For $15 the salad barely filled half of the bowl. The food was great! But we were disappointed in the entire experience.

  I have always been a fan of Cava and have been to different locations in multiple states over the years. I have tried to reach out directly to the store to discuss with a manager but cannot get anyone to answer the phone and there is no obvious way to reach out to them online. Last night was hands down the most disappointing experience. We spent close to 30 minutes from when we got there to finally leaving, and there were only 2 people in line in front of us- they were prioritizing the takeout orders while the people in line had to wait for them to make 4+ tickets at a time. I ordered the same bowl I always get- Harissa Avocado and asked for it as is. The girl preparing the bowl was just plain rude, not only to me but also the people ahead of us. Had to hold the recipe cards in her hand while flying down the line scooping stuff into the bowl, clearly perturbed and over the top slamming stuff around. When we got to the end of the line, more than half of the toppings and sauces were out/ empty, she randomly added olives to my bowl which when I made a comment about how they are not part of the recipe she tried to tell me that she thought I asked for them to be added which I definitely did not- I hate olives. Her solution was to dramatically go and find a spoon and awkwardly pick them out one by one. I was left speechless honestly and at that point we should have just left.. it was incredibly disappointing the amount of time we spent there, the attitude we had to deal with and then to get home and have to pick out the remaining olives she missed. I have never had an issue with Cava, but unfortunately I don't think I will be returning to this location.

  Never ever an issue with cleanliness or friendliness but this place needs a new manager who actually orders food. They CONSTANTLY run out of key ingredients. And I Go here frequently, because the food is so good and the staff is so friendly. But the lack of food is embarrassing.

  Good food. The service was subpar at best especially by one female employee.we felt as though coming in and having her serve us was a painful experience for her. She spoke with her co-workers more than is as customers. Her mannerisms in serving food was completely unprofessional. She "plopped" the meatballs in the bowl like they were infected with smallpox.
