    Food is great when they get the order correct and actually send you the dressings you ordered and build the bowl the way your ordered. It's a 70% chance your order will not be correct if you order from Uber eats. Had this experience at 3 different locations.

    Came in today around 3, there was 1 person working behind the counter, a white women sitting in the lobby appeared to work there too but didn’t get up to help the young lady doing the line. The place is just horrible all together! New management needed asap !

    My experience let me tell you was like no other. Pita fresh. Meat fresh. Service the freshest. But forreal big cava fan and this location is the best.

    First visit but some things need to improve. The concept is wonderful and the food is great. I will come back to see if things get better. The person taking my order at the start of the line looked very annoyed when I said, “Hey, how’s to going?”. She basically said shut up and just order with her mad look and her reply of “good, now what can I get you.” The next 2 employees I spoke with were happy and friendly so that was good. The bathroom was disgusting and most of the tables were dirty and trash on the floor. It was 11:15 AM so. I figured it should have not been that dirty. Looked like a lot of people standing around talking. I was thinking one person should be making sure the bathroom and dining room were picked up and clean. Probably 6-7 people working inside. The food was perfect though.

    Came in about 30-40 min before closing and the service was top tier! Alexis was super sweet and made us feel so welcomed even though it was the end of the night and our bowls were top tier!! Thank you Alexis and we will definitely be returning!
