First, we are friendly, respectful people and we treat anyone in food service with patience and kindness because we understand how hard those jobs can be. I also run a business myself, so I do not complain lightly and I fully understand what reasonable expectations look like from both sides of the counter. That said, this was one of the worst customer service interactions I have ever experienced. The employee working the drive thru window was immediately hostile the moment we pulled up. She began aggressively reading our order back in a sharp, irritated tone as if our presence alone had offended her. I politely asked if I could add one sausage at the window for my dog. I was calm and respectful when I asked. Her response was to roll her eyes, glare at me, and snap, “What, what do you want, why didn’t you order it back there.” There was no greeting, no courtesy, no attempt at professionalism, only open annoyance and attitude. It was not busy, we were not rude, and we were not difficult. We asked for a single additional item. Her reaction was disproportionate, confrontational, and frankly embarrassing for your business. This was not someone having a rough day. This was someone who clearly does not want to interact with customers at all. Eye rolling, snapping at customers, and speaking to people like they are an inconvenience is unacceptable in any customer facing position. If I had an employee behave that way toward one of my clients, they would not be representing my business again. I am not asking for perfection. I am asking for basic respect. The interaction was uncomfortable enough that I actually wished I had recorded it because it would be impossible to exaggerate how unpleasant it was. This employee should not be placed in a customer facing role until serious corrective action is taken. The experience reflected extremely poorly on your store. 2/28/2026 Cashier: Dormonique 11:00:37 AM Check: 1325568

Terrible- we ordered 2 breast and two wings on Uber Eats- after waiting 45 mins they sent all dark meat which we do not eat. I called and the staff said they were out of white meat; no call or anything. They just sent the opposite of what we ordered and did NOT care at all- terrible experience

I only order the little chicken popper things because of the homemade ranch and for the second time in the past week 2 weeks... I’ve tried to order from here twice now and the last time they decided just not to add it even though I paid extra for it… Today I asked the DoorDash to make sure as well and the employee literally said they just didn’t make it today. She said what is another sauce not OK? They were literally just going to give me barbecue like no it’s not ok I paid for something and You’re not holding up your end of the bargain… I asked if I could change my meal they said no So I had to go through DoorDash to get this corrected. Just annoying that I’m paying so much money to have it delivered and that’s the only thing I truly wanted just to be met with frustration as if it just shouldn’t matter. yes, it is just ranch but it’s what i paid for! kindness and willingness to help is the least you can do when you’re the one not doing your job.
