  This is the second time I've been to this restaurant. The first time my family and I stood at the register for 10 minutes was never even greeted or acknowledged. The second time, they took my order, just to tell me that they didn't have one of the items I ordered

  I don’t write reviews often, but I am going out of my way to give props to the woman manager at this location that was on duty this morning. I was harassed outside from a bum that followed me into the restaurant and kept coming into the restaurant multiple times she came out from behind the counter to protect me. She had to raise her voice at him because he wouldn’t get out of the restaurant and kept harassing me specifically I am a Caucasian looking woman and she is a darker skinned sister, and I have faced extreme reverse racism here in the south coming from California and not being accepted here and this lady really went to that for me she even walked me out to the car and when he tried to harass me outside, she kept him at bay and really put herself out there for me, which is not part of her job description. They made sure I got my food fast and warm and quickly so I can get out of there unfortunately it’s not the best location in the city. But I really admired her and I wanted to give her a huge shout out. I made a TikTok about her today because I felt very seen and supported when I don’t get that whatsoever out here in the south being from California and so I really wanna say thank you for making me feel safe and protected. I appreciate you. This is whatever a real woman does.

  Pulled in at 10:24am, pulled away at 10:43. Three cars no movement. Employees yelling at a car they asked to pulled past the window with their head out the drive through window. Embarrassing. First time, last time.

  Not good, staff very young inexperienced or not properly trained, they ran out of chicken. Staff in back yelling at each other about food shortage..long lines in the drive thru. Didn't see an identifiable manager to help direct the young inexperienced staff.

  The staff at this location are incredibly rude not only did they just completely ignore my existence when I walked in while they continued to badmouth other customers when they did serve me, it was served with an attitude like I had personally wronged them somehow even though I’ve never met them in my entire life will not ever return
