Honestly, all of the fast food places in West Ashley are complete trash as far as service goes. This is no different. They got my order wrong and they didn’t put in a single sauce that I asked for. The kid working the window mumbled everything and was so quiet you could barely understand him. They all act like they don’t care at all. Minus five stars

Every time I do a doordash and order food either the the order wrong.... But this time NO fish sandwich and I have to wait to get my money back...so what do I tell the child that didn't get a sandwich....last time ordering from Arby's...did get two fish sandwich... order 3

Night shift is full of young teens. Asked for my food to be cook to order & it was refried . The chicken sandwich had been cooked to nothing.

Attention Arby's. Before you tell delivery drivers to verify orders you need to make sure that the orders are correct because it is your fault the food is an expedited properly. That's where you have a majority of customers leaving you bad reviews.
