The employee at Arbys aren't attentive to customers because they lack focus and they play around. The food at the deep fryers sit for a long time period and have a dense texture.

Was there a month ago and after reading reviews I now know why the experience is what it is. Food was ok and we ate in. The sauces were all empty except catsup. Ask the people why and they could not be bothered. She gave us packets instead. Avoiusly the owner of this location is absent. Shame on the owner not the employees.
