Arbony (sp?), who took my order, was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. She upgraded my order to a meal, to save me a few bucks. I don't typically get fast food, but was craving mozzarella sticks, and heard Arby's had them. The sticks and sandwich that I ordered seemed deli quality, versus fast food (so I don't feel guilty ;). If you haven't tried Arby's in a while, give them a chance.
