Before the cashier began scanning, I politely asked that the beers be handled slowly to avoid shaking them. Despite this, the cashier handled the pack roughly—scanning and setting it down in a way that would likely cause excessive foaming upon opening. The handling appeared rushed and careless. As a result, I chose not to complete the purchase and left the store feeling frustrated and disrespected.
