Ordered pizza from this place yesterday for the first time ever, courtesy of my cousin telling me out this place! I will not order anything from here again! First, I ordered a medium hand tossed pepperoni pizza for 14.79 and some 1/2 Oreo Twists for 4.99. Once I ordered online, I never received the email confirmation like the website said and I got a promise delivery time for 5:33PM. Around 6PM I noticed that I did not receive my pizza, I called the store told them my name and the Representative, who by the way was like pulling teeth for information, told me that my order was already delivered. I told her I did not receive the order; I did choose a no contact because I was sick and put to place pizza and Oreo twist on top of chair. However, like I told her I didn't receive the pizza and furthermore, I have a camera outside my house, and I would've known if someone walked up to my door. She got the manager and I'm explaining the situation to him as well and he was no better! He said that since it was a no contact they don't have anything to do with the pizza being missing or whatnot! Umm, you do have something to do with it if your delivery person delivered it to the wrong address, you are at fault! It's not like they delivered it and put it on the chair and then someone came up and took it, then yes that's different, if that happened, but i didn't even get the pizza in the first place, it wasn't delivered to me! So, me and manager is kind of going back and forth and said Well a lot of people order pizza and say they didn't get it and then try to get another, I guess "free" pizza. First off, that's pretty insulting because why would I need to "scam" y'all out of a medium tossed pizza for 14.79 and a 1/2 Oreo twist for 4.99, that's pretty insulting! So I tell him, I don't need to run game on y'all for that! I sincerely did not receive the pizza! I even went outside and walked on the other side of the building to see if they put it on one of my neighbor's doorstep or chair and I didn't see anything (mind you on the phone with the manager still as I'm going outside to look for the pizza and I'm telling him that I'm outside walking around my building like a nut, trying to find the pizza). As I'm still on the phone with him, I walk back to my house and that's when one of my neighbors from a completely different building was walking from my door with the pizza and Oreo twists asking if this was my pizza, told him yes and asked him where he lived and he told me a whole different building and number. So, the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong building and person! Again, I understand we are all human and we make mistakes, but the fact that the manager was just not trying to own accountable was the real problem here! After I got my old pizza and cold Oreo twist, I told him, well it was you guys fault and my pizza is cold, can I get a new order because this was on you all and wanted him to send the same delivery person back so that they could see that they did deliver it to the wrong apartment. And I would've gave them the old cold pizza back in return, he was telling me that I could come up to the store to do a new order so it could be confirmed and I told him I don't even have a vehicle that's the whole point why I wanted delivery and secondly, if you feel that way, then maybe when your drivers delivery pizza, have them take a pic of the door just like door dash does so there won't be any issues like this moving forward! The manager at the end did offer me a "credit" on my account but to me that sounds like a store credit and i don't want a store credit, i simply want all of my money back minus the delivery charge and I even tip the driver in my order, so again why would I try to "scam" y'all SMH! Again, I won't be doing busy here again! And I want all of my money back this was ridiculous! And the best was the manager asking me how the neighbor knew to bring me my pizza and that's because your driver left the receipt on top of the pizza (at least he read the correct address and knew to bring it to correct address).
