  out of 5 trips told lady diet lemonade got regular lemonade 4 times with sugar. Not cool when you are diabetic. I won't be back!

  Another bad Chick Fil A drive- thru…I’ve been eating Chick Fil A for around 55 years. I grew up in Atlanta and don’t remember life without it. But the three worst Chick Fil A drive thru experiences I’ve had were all in South Carolina, with two in the Charleston area. The Bees Ferry store was not particularly busy at 11:45 on this Thursday morning. I pulled in the drive thru and congratulated myself on beating “the rush.” There is a separate lane for mobile orders. My order (and money) was promptly, politely, and cheerfully taken and I was told to pull forward. For reasons that are absolutely a mystery, food was coming out randomly-cars three back from the front of the lane were receiving food, but were trapped in the lane because cars ahead were waiting on theirs. There is no way to exit once you’ve entered the drive through until every car ahead of you exits. There is also no close by parking designated to wait for food. Finally one employee realized what was happening and had three cars pull forward to wait on their orders. I was car two. I received my food before the vehicle in front of me, and we’d all been in line 8 minutes plus since ordering. Let me note here that this is a new store, and whoever thought this was a functional plan for the drive through should be keel-hauled. On the plus side: my order was correct, and hot. The new Jalapeño Ranch Sandwich was made with fresh ingredients, and my drink was fine. Giving a two for service due to polite employees and correct order, one for atmosphere because all I was was a truck in front of me, but I had to look at it for longer than I’d like. Edited to add, the following week I left a drive through at a different Chick FilA, close to this one, and went to McDonalds instead. I can’t understand why these Charleston locations cannot operate drive through with the efficiency the chain is known for.

  Second time ive been here... once for doordash which was a terrible experience and once for personal.... very slow, very confused staff, very very long wait time.... I waited 25 mins for 1 large drink.... and I won't even begin to explain my doordash pickup experience. It's a shame that got such a nice brand new building and don't have the proper staff to run it the way it should be ran.
