  I'm not sure if the prices for these specials are all the same at each location. But on Thursday April 2nd the store in Northwoods Mall in Charleston, SC charged me for things that I did not order. I ordered a 6 piece bonless wing special which was advertised for $10.87 BEFORE taxes. Initially I asked for lemonade and cajon fries. The cashier said my order was $15 I asked how did it get there? She said you asked for lemonade and cajun fries, those are extra. The special is only for a regular fry and soft drink. I said ok. Well just give me a Sprite and regular fry and the order went down to $13.62 which still seemed high. I asked what was the tax she told me $1.35 and I said and it is still $13.62? After paying I read the reciept and it was charged $.99 for ranch (which I didnt order), $1.30 for "open food" and another $1.00 for "open food". I was waiting to ask the cashier about it since she knew I had an issue she got another person who I assumed was the manager. I told him I charged for ranch he said that is a part of the meal. I was like but I didnt ask for it. He said it doesnt matter. He said i'll give you the $1 back. I said ok, but this still didnt sit right. The numbers still didnt add up even with him giving the $1 back and it still didnt explain the miscellaneous costs.. I was charged $6. 49 for the wings, .$99 for ranch, $2.49 for the drink and the 2 charges above. If you add up does not equal the $10.87 for the meal. You may want to reach out and see if they are over charging customers. I have attached my receipt and a picture of the price board.

  Trying to charge extra to put an item, like ranch that comes with the sandwich, on the side is a ridiculous policy and no one should tolerate that kind of business.

  Sandwich was great. Fries tasted like they were reheated in a microwave. Service was abysmal. J HARRIS (on the ticket) was to busy at first to take our order. When he did decide to do his job, he was very rude. When I finished my order he just held it his hand without saying how much it was (I paid cash), and when I asked her got a look of annoyance on his face. Ate in the food court and watched similar "service" to other customers. Even saw him make someone wait for him to be done with a phonecall before taking their order. Not returning is this is the caliber of employee they hire. Will be spreading word-of-mouth for others to steer clear as well.

  I swear Noone takes pride in their job performances anymore.. on November 18th at 11AM I went into this location for the Xtreme Meal Deal that consist of a Philly o Chicken Philly ultimate fry and lemonade AS ADVERTISED ON TV and ONLINE. I placed my order IN STORE and some blk o Indian guy sent me on a wild goose chase when I read VERY well as it indicated that the MEAL DEAL could be ordered IN STORE o ONLINE. As I did so and he said "in order for me to get the deal id have to have the code".. what code sir when I'm ordering IN StoRe and not online. So I downloaded the app and it was STILL NO CODE visible. I was so irritated with the antics and his lack of knowledge of his job I jus up and left. I wound up going to CITADEL MALLS location and got what I ordered with NO PROBLEM. Northwoods doesn't have to worry about me EVER again.
