  This place is hit or miss. The food tastes great, but the service sometimes is just terrible. Came in around 730 in the evening and there was a line of Uber Eats people waiting. Me and a friend were dining in and they were out of a lot of items and the person working the front line wasn't the friendliest. Watched a couple of people walk out because they weren't getting served or because of the lack of food selection.

  I decided to treat myself after a long day after work and I could not have walked into a better place. I was immediately greeting by Chinet, who was the most welcoming and warm person. She was absolutely lovely and my bowl was so delicious (as always). Definitely recommend this location!! It made my day!

  I'm a doordasher. Went into cava today around lunch. Time to pick up food for delivery. Noticed a middle-aged man in the lobby standing around on his phone in full CAVA employeeware. Lots of people standing around for orders. Jokingly asked the employees if he was upper management, which they confirmed. This is a good example of leaders lead and bosses stand around on their phone in the lobby and let the team suffer.

  Worst CAVA Experience We placed an online order at 8:45 PM for a 9:15 PM pickup and had a really frustrating experience. When we arrived, there were only a few customers in the store, but the staff member handling online orders was cleaning and on her phone instead of preparing orders. We waited over 15 minutes past our pickup time while nothing was being made, and we were not allowed to go through the regular line. It was clear the staff were more focused on closing early than serving customers. Around 9:32 PM, they started turning away new customers and even closed the register despite not closing for another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, multiple customers and delivery drivers were still waiting on orders that had already been placed. Our order was not even printed and started until around 9:28 PM, well after the scheduled pickup time. Eventually, they printed a large batch of online orders and rushed through them in a very disorganized way. When we finally received our food around 9:40 PM, the portions were noticeably smaller, several ingredients were missing, and we were told they had “run out,” despite the store being quiet with no clear reason for such poor quality and service. I understand wanting to close on time, but customers who have already ordered and paid should still receive proper service. This was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.

  We stopped by this store on our way to Myrtle Beach. From the moment we walked in, we were met with genuine warmth and friendliness from every member of the staff including the person who made our order. The hospitality here truly stands out. A special shoutout to Nathan, who graciously prepared fresh hot falafels for us, as they had run out of them - an incredibly kind gesture that meant a lot to us as vegetarians. He also prepared a fresh batch of pita chips for us! Another team member noticed my husband standing and kindly offered him a chair. It’s this level of attentiveness and care that makes all the difference. We didn’t manage to catch everyone’s names, but every single person we interacted with while we got our order was genuinely kind and helpful. It’s rare to come across such a wonderful and caring team. A truly delightful stop at SC - can’t recommend it enough!
