  This is the 1st time I've ever had unseasoned chicken from Bojangles. I ordered a 3 piece dar 1 leg 2 thighs Mac and cheese and fries. I got 1 thigh and 2 breasts. After waiting 20 minutes the fries were barely warm, and there was a small cup on Mac and cheese. No biscuit was included. By far the worst experience

  They didn’t have any wings or condiments available. We changed our order, but it still wasn’t prepared correctly. The rice was dry and had an unusual taste.

  The service was awful. She did not want to be there and her presence made me feel uncomfortable. The food was sloppy made and it was the wrong order. I had to turn around to get my correct order that was basically thrown at me. I will never go there again.

  We frequent mini Bojangles living in North Carolina . This was the worst Bojangles breakfast we have ever had. The food was cold, ordered sausage, biscuits and gravy and the sausage didn't come with the biscuits and the gravy that was put in a to-go container for potatoes. When I asked about the piece of sausage she said it must be in North Carolina thing. They don't do it here in South Carolina. (Although after looking it up on the website it looks like all of Bojangles do it. Maybe just not this one). My husband ordered a biscuit with cheese and it didn't come with cheese. When we asked for the cheese they just took the biscuit, put cold cheese on it and gave it back to us. Should have known by the fact that there was no one in the lobby that it was probably not the best place to eat. When we asked to add something to the order the employees were just playing and horsing around and not paying attention. There was no tea in the lobby for us to make our own drink and asking seemed like such an inconvenience for the staff to have to take care of it. Glad we were traveling because we will never come back here again. If I could give it less than a star I would.
